Do you have access to the device you are calling ? Are you sure it is setup and ready to receive the call ? Call it from a handset - you should hear it ring even if the call cannot complete as it's ISDN end to end The problem may be with the provider but it could also be with the terminating

So if I get this correct you are trying to get the router to call itself using the test call command and the service provider isn't routing the call back to you. If you call this number from a handset do you see the call reaching the router when debugging Q.931 ? Regards Graham On 23

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Called Party display

I'm working on Vol2 Lab7 Task2.4. The task involves the following: HQ phone 2 dials 914158884343. Prefer to use TEHO to route the call out BR1. Local telco expects 7 digits. BR1 is an H323 gateway, so CUCM sends it 98884343. The gateway strips the 9 before sending to telco. Second choice

no supplementary-service h225-notify cid-update doesn't seem to help. I had an epiphany and figured out a work around to accomplish the task. What the PG suggests seems to work fine, but only on an MGCP gateway. I had to build an additional dial-peer in my BR1 gw with destination-pattern
