The call to the mobile phone from the Mobility feature uses the Redirecting CSS at the RDP of the user. None of the internal phones would have access to use that CSS unless ofcourse it is the same CSS assigned to phones, but that wouldn't be a great way to set up SNR. It's best to have dedicated

Well I have an update. If I call 5002 from 5001 at HQ it rings PSTN Line 2 Immediately. Call from BR1 Site to 5002 rings the phone. I can answer the phone and transition to and from the PSTN phone line 2. But i can not get the original call to ring the PSTN at all from BR1. Stacy ___

I reloaded the router and reapplied the QoS configuration. No dice. Still not matching in the nested policy. Very weird that it is working like a champ in the SB router. I've done this a couple times in the past and never run into this issue. I'm going to play with it a little longer, but may
