There is a bug where the RDNIS is sending a incorrect cause code of 0xFF instead of 0x82. See your output. = Redirecting Number i = 0xFF. The workaround is to have your your VM pilot under cm fallback and the CFNOAN and CFB point to another range.  If your VM polit is 91408555170
