You can change the wav file in the TFTP folder in CCM. You need to
record a new one.

The problem is that the default answer sent to external callers on
unassigned number condition is a fast busy. and i want them to listen: your
call cannot be completed as dialed, bla, bla, bla. If i call to any
unassigned number from any internal user i can listen it but that is not the
case
I tried already, but somehow the CCM keeps the source of the call. Trying
through a translation pattern i can make the call to be routed but the
result is the same, calls originated from ip phones receive the expected
treatment, but the calls incoming from pstn or gateway, the result is the
same
