You can copy the script available on CCO and modify it according to the requirement. The prompts that you would need to download are: en_bacd_music-on-hold.au en_bacd_welcome.au _bacd_welcome.au - You don't have to rename the prompt. This can be configured under welcome-prompt or drop-through-
