Changing the pH of Jeffamine is not so easy . I would keep the pH of
Jeffamine constant and rather change the pH of buffer. Anyway if Jeffamine
concentration is too low as compare to the buffer you are using, it would

Refmac but when i am validating the coordinates I am having an issue
with Bond Distances and Bond Angles of some of the bases of RNA, these
values for some of the bases are higher ( 6 times) then the standard
24 matches
