Apparently the first few chapters were taken pretty much verbatim then
veered off into his story. He even added extremely pedantic footnotes by

Angel, IIRC there is some funkiness with at least some IE browsers if the
is not the absolute first line with anything space or otherwise
above it. If the browser doesn't find it there, it ignores the DOCTYPE and
stays in quirks mode.

I DLed the newest version of Flash, ver 7, for Firefox and it works
well. Except this one site needs Flash on IE. I've DLed the
uninstaller and it won't uninstall. It just hangs at 100%.

Thats how Best B uy does everything...at first..They used to do that
with Cellphones and Digital Cameras now they send them to get
serviced... most of the time it all depends on weather the
