This is the interesting thing about the Theory of Evolution: it's
*predictive* and that's why it's science. Put a

So this Thanksgiving I want you to tell your family that you think
their lives are worth what we're getting out of Iraq.

Is that worth your wife's life? Your children's life? Your parent's life?
Think about that when you're together with them at Thanksgiving.
Would you send them all and give their lives for "staying in the
area"?
If you're using Oracle you could use 'partition by', but I don't know
what dbms you're using. Might want to see if it has an equivalent
function.

Then you'll need to change your querybecause the way you've got it set
up, even if 2 things came in on the same day, for the same client, your
DISTINCT will ensure that you only get ONE row back for that client and that
day.

You should never really be "convinced". I mean, if scientists were
"convinced" of the infallibility of evolution, they wouldn't bother to
continue studying it!
All anyone can hope for is that you look at the science behind evolution and
accept that it's our best current understanding for the life
yes... but there could be multiple THiNGS
that came in on tha date.

I believe that if you are not learning, you are not living, and I plan to
keep learning/living for as long as I can. Yes, I do believe in God and I am
open to learning more about the science of Evolution. I do not know if I
will be totally convinced either way about the origin of man, but at least
You don't have a date stamp or an enumerated primary key to help you
determine which cost is the most recent You REALLY need a better way of
determining order than position in the database...ie "last".

Bruce, I think it's GREAT that you seem open to coming to a better
understanding of the science behind evolution. I wish more people with a
"creationist bent" (if you will) would do the same.
You really CAN believe in God and evolution...

History shows that Iraq (and most of the middle east) has been a
collection of factions that make and break alliances constantly - the
fact that those factions are still doing the same thing with the US
should not surprise us.
What HAS to be different this time is the creation of a civil
