I think the use of the term "mass destruction" is a little unwarranted.
Murder and destruction, yes, but mass destruction brings to mind more than a

Do you mean Exchange and GMail or Outlook and GMail?
Are you sending mail through GMail, then forwarding to Exchange? If
so, are you sending outbound mail through GMail or Exchange?
I don't think I've seen that configuration.
