You need to run the AVI through one of the Nero helper apps... I dont have the correct version of Nero installed on my work machine, but basically its called something like NeroVisionExpress... That will convert the avi into the appropriate formats (allowing you to add menus etc) and then either

We currently use something like that... CF and CFX image tag to overlay 2 images thus putting our logo in the corner of the image. You could potentially use CFCONTENT and then so that you dont need to keep track of image files (i didnt look at the code to see if they were already doing this) HTH
