I am not an expert on racial relations, but I have spent many hours
listening to stories of discrimination, as I interviewed individuals.
Most of the time, the people I interviewed wanted to be heard and
given a "fair", if not equal, chance at employment

This is very real! I went through a horrible abusive situation with my
supervisor last year.
Under normal circumstances I would have quit and took another job. However,
I was recovering from surgery (likely the reason for the harassment), and in
this job market finding another job in my situatio

I signed on under this name to post on cf-job for a "tutor and
mentor"...trying to re-learn what I thought I knew. I got

Racism...LOL...how many emails on this one subject, and the target

who responded to the original subject has apologized for jumping on
the bandwagon to criticize and attack this woman, and the NAACP? How

I have done several trips (from MD to FL 18+ hours). Babies are easier
than toddlers...play classical and soothing sounds to keep her
sleeping and calm, especially if she's cranky. When she awakens and
starts to fidget, STOP. Motion at this point is not good...especially
if it is feeding time.
