Most automobile shops and all dealerships charge flat rate -- if a job should take 2
hours, but they do a really
good job and finish it in 1 1/2, the customer still pays the 2 hour rate. If a job
takes 6 hours but should only
take 2, honest shops only charge for the 2 hours. You can't
ix it!
