just spent 6 hours yesterday de-hossing my buddys dell. had some sort of Online Norton antivirus. that did no good. had to do 14 updates. remove 5 trojens & 3 viruses. then installed avg & updated spyware blaster. all is good now. but bundle virus software that expires is awful
