Although to tell the truth if its going to be in New Orleans this
year, I'm not sure how much I'll be retaining in those morning
sessions, given that I'll probably have a hangover.

I'll definitely say that it's not the old DevCon. Last year's MAX was
mostly about how Flash, Central, and Flex were going to be everything
you cared about for the next few years.
The most telling thing to me was how in the CF sessions, people would
clap when the presenter launched Homesite+ inste

I am making light of a serious situation, but being serious, I hope Ivan roars east and spares New Orleans a direct hit. Hundreds of thousands of people could lose their homes and everything they own. Mother Nature sometimes reminds us all of how small and helpless we are in the face of her fury.
I was wondering the same thing myself. Maybe we'll need boats to get from the hotel to the conference? Water taxi, anyone?
