Yeah - I think it sucks too sometimes ...
Mikey - why does community have to be public?
I mean it's just nonsense chatter - not tech talk.
It REALLY doesn't have to be

Removal of names would be good - but what about quoted names or direct
references - I would think that could be hard to remove I'd prefer
that it be a membership only list - you can't see it unless you're a
member.

Not really. You can strip out the name from the header information,
but it's a lot harder to strip out any and all

It's really no big deal. It's my cell. If anything negative happens,
which I don't think will happen, I can always just change it. It was my
mistake, no reason to change anything to my mind.
Although if it were a members only list I would be a bit more open in my
posts. Not sure if that's
I'd advise discretion in ANY email one composes, even if you are sending it
to a private list. If you don't want it public, don't put it in an email.
That being said, i'm all for privatizing the archives. Any chance you can
privatize social security while yer at it? I'd be all for that too :)

Well said.
Mickey's always swamped. We have a delayed issue of FA that's about to go
out, a client site about to launch, a number of blog posts to Satan's Tool
which will have to wait till later (www.satanstool.com), a tech blog site
which isn't even started yet, and that's just the last hour. :)
Let me

The speed is good. The interface itself is slower than I would like,
but the image searches and gallery displays are fast enough to offset
that.
Q: How do I get to my lightbox other than going to the portfolio, then
searching, then clicking my lightbox. It took a while to get back to
it.
Q: how
theispot is cool. love the illustration art!
one thing: preload those mouseover images. in firefox i moused over,
then it took time to load the graphic, and then the effect happened.
