Sometimes it's just stress - that seems to be when it just hits you all of a sudden. Sometimes it's more of a long term thing caused by an unhealthy lifestyle or genetic predisposition. First line treatment in all cases is pretty much the same; get some exercise, eat healthier, practice stress
