Food tastes better on charcoal. Period. However, gas grills are so damn convenient, that i have taken to cooking certain items on there. I'm of the mind that hot dogs and hamburgers don't suffer too much from gas vs. charcoal. Same for most seafood. But steaks, chicken, ribs, pork chopsif
