Eclipse is nice but you wont have an easy to use ftp like in dw. Gimp is a ok but i wouldnt personally use it. If you are on a mac this is new and pretty nice http://www.pixelmator.com/ if you don't need the power of photoshop. Corel is ok, I read how great it was in a photo mag awhile back and

The Aptana plug-in provides a nice file view with FTP/SFTP. You can get FTP from several other packages, but that's the best one I think. It also provides automated FTP synch support which is a pain to get set-up but does work pretty well. It very well could have changed by now but when I
