I'd have to do some hunting but if I recall correctly shortly after

brought up and made the list if I recall. If it was not on the list I

My intention with this statment was, based on what people are saying here, I
may want to support a different organization. I'm curious if any of you have
any suggestions of orgs that you support or that do not support extremism in
the same manner as PETA that I could potentially transfer suppor
not sure about that one. The last time I saw a PETA protest like that,
the women involved were pretty scarey - they were looking more canine

Here's an article that more legitimately describes the link between PETA and
the ALF.

Hi Jim,

No worries! I know my own personal beliefs, and, as I said before, I'm not
completely on board with everything that PETA does. I don't take critisism of
PETA as critisism of me. Some of the things you all are mentioning
ALF animal liberation front.
They break into labs and steal lab animals.

Robyn,
Consider ferrets. PETA considers them to be wild animals, completely
ignoring the fact that ferrets have been domesticated for at least
2500 years. Their stated goal (I'll have to dig up the refs) is to
release them back into the wild. (for somewhat more details on this

Their water is out for them always, but they don't drink it out of a dish.
They prefer to drink out of a pint glass. I kid you not. I used to have a
dish of water out, and

Come to think of it, one of my sister's cats probably would too. She
*loves* to get in things, even if they are transparent, because she
thinks she is hiding from you even though you can make eye contact
with her. Then if you walk by her, she will jump out and attack. She
ambushes her sister in

Sick, yes, but since I know it's not real, I find it funny.

I have two lovely cats that spend none of their time in glass jars with
air tubes.
One thing you should try if you have cats: the website plays a sound of
a cat meowing when you first go there. It must be a real recording

It's fake - has been proven fake on national TV - has had state
