You can check the HTTP_REFERER to see if they came from your domain or somewhere else So if they come in from anywhere outside of your domain, you can make them log in. If you really want to be strict about it, put a redirect in the http header that will log them out if they are inactive

Maybe a more simple approach is in order... have you tried cutting and pasting the information into Excel and using DTS from there?I just tried copying a zip DB that I have into excel and it kept the leading and trailing zeros.You should then be able to use that file to DTS the info into a varchar
