I have also heard some stories about headers interfering with the control
arm used to lock the steering wheel on 4 speed cars. Not sure if it will

Also, for the same car I have a pair of leather buckets out of
a 2000 impala along with the shoulder belts. I can`t get the belt to release
on the tensioner. Is it possible that the inertia device locks permanently

I have the kit, I don't like the way it looks, it seems like it would allow
it to flex so I was going to just going to fab up some strips to go over it
to box it in.

If chevelles follow camaros, and I bet that they do , the x-members
are different. I have a 400 specific x-member on order for my 68
camaro. It is different
I have a 67 Chevelle with the following engine info.
396, .030 over which now makes it a 402, TRW domed piston
forged, steel crank,
Edelbrock Aluminum 110cc heads, stock sized rods. All this
puts me at 8.8 to 1 compression and 570/578 Comp CamRoller lifters 110
lobe separation andaluminum
