Hi,  You can take a gloss acrylic enamel and add a flattening agent to dull the finish. It is a bit trail and error but can be made what ever you want, plus add a hardener for durability and faster drying. As for primer you can go DuPont Vari-Prime over bare metal followed by an epoxy and fi
