My advice? At least rough it in for the bathroom (shower-sink & water
closet and on other side of wall (Garage side) laundry sink) .It will
cost you big bucks $$ to do it later. My next garage will have all. If you
do rough it in at least install the laundry sink.It can double as a urinal
full to me!!

I used to have a client who had a urinal mounted
in the wall of his garage. It was really cool. It was a trap door about 8x10
inches or so, hinged on the bottom. When it is closed it just looks like a
rectangular plastic plate on the wall. You flip it open to use it and when you
shut it, i

If you live in an area where freezing is not an issue,
it is a great idea. The commode and a sink is all you need and they add value to
a home. It is a simple matter to plumb for both and buy the fixtures at a later
date when more money is available. Just putting in the Schedule 40 sewer line

Put the pipe infrastructure in the foundation, at
least. Cap it off and some day run it out. What do you
think?

for $2600 I would also want a stand up shower installed at the same time.

I have a full bathroom w/ a shower. and a utility sink outside on the
bathroom. Put it in - it is deffinitely worth it. I put mine in -
just remember sh*t runs down hill. Put the plumbing in the slab NOW.

Rick, I have done this kind of
work a lot in my younger years and when you get the floor poured, at least get
the plumbing set in for later if you don't want to spend the money now. But in
my opinion, 2.6k is way too much for this job. If you get the plumbing done, it

That's a heckuva lot of money,Rick. How far away is
your garage from the house? My 24x30 shop is about 50ft from my
house.
