Thanks Bob... I'm debating draining the tank...oil was changed right
before he stored it, looks and smells fresh, but was going to dump it once
I got it home anyway...it's very difficult to work on it at the storage
place... it's only about an 8 mile trip home. If you think it's pertinent,
I'll
I have looked at old gas and old oil before and I would stop what you are doing
till you change the oil and drain the tank. Success is Good, congratulations!

I'll vouch for that Clint! Sorry I have to miss CB this year. My
working bud's wife is having major surgery the week before and he's taking
CB week off to stay home with her. First one I'll have missed in 5 years.
Hope to be at Springfield later on in June and KC
Thanks for the kind words and thoughts, fellas. I'm probably too ornery to
pass for this thing to get me down.
Looking forward to seeing all of you at Goodlettsville.

Clint, sorry to hear about this. You may remember that my family is dealing
with this as well as Bob Kemmler's and probably a few other list members
(and my good friend Kevin's mom). You will be in my thoughts with the others
who are fighting. Keep up your spirits. I think a strong will and a posit
Good Luck! You will be fine.

I pulled my El Camino out of storage and drove it around, yesterday. It's
been covered up in the garage since last October as battling my illness
kinda took precedent. My cancer seems to be in remission now so it seemed
like the right time to get it out and start enjoying it again.
Man,it felt good
After 1.5 years I finally got to hear my 396 run tonight and it
sounded so good I could have listened to that Big Block with open
headers all night. After the 30 minute cam break-in I still wanted to
hear more but I shut her down for tonight. There is nothing sweeter than
hearing your baby come
Congrats Trooper. I know how you feel, nothing like the sound of a
healthy RAT!!!

Congrats on two things Kent... 1. Getting your project to "running"
status, and 2. Finding an understanding and patient woman!
I found out a long time ago without number 2, it's much more difficult to
get number 1!
Again,
congrats!
