My version of Cinelerra does not recognise .jpg and .png extentions for some reason. For still images, it only recognises .ifo and one other. I have attempted loading .jpg and .png stills as all files, but they fail to load. The extension renaming method for .png seems to work fine for Cinel

I know the cinelerra manual speaks of using still pictures. The thing is - I've learned that I can't use any old picture; it has to be from a .png file. When I try renaming the extension from a .jpg file to .ifo, then I try loading that file, cinelerra completely crashes - I mean dissappears
