I will also be taking the BSCN on December 20th. As for if there are "fill in the blank" or "choose from the list" type questions in the BSCN exam. They give your a list of 50-60 questions to choose from (most of the choices are bogus) and you can quite easily eliminate it down to 1-2 choices
