lowest IP address (assuming everything else is the same) from the RP-set
list obtained in the RP-discovery message?? I was reading Jeff Doyle's

routing updates (ie. sending of routing updates) as interesting. As a
result, the idle timeout (default 120sec) will count down till zero.

From your config, I assume you ping from router 2 to 1 since you only
have dialer map at BRI0 of router 2. I think you are missing this in the
interface config of BRI0 at router 2
