If you are using HyperTerm (comes with Windows) as many people do, you can use the Capture command. Click Tools - Capture. Make a note of where it will save the file. Do a show config or such on the router, then click Tools - Capture - Stop Capture. This will save a file called CAPTURE.TXT. Th
