What you need is a normal Straight through Ethernet Cable to connect from
the Slimline-2 or Slimline-6 directly onto a Cisco 2503 ISDN Interface.
You could use the same Ethernet Straight-Through cable if you have ISDN at
your home to connect from the NT1 to an ISDN Device.

Just a brief comment to make on implementing BVI on Cisco Routers. From what
I have experienced in the past, BVI does indeed actually eat up quite a lot
of Router CPU.
One thing that I would really suggest is to look into using RBE instead of
BVI. This will definetely result in less CPU
