okay, here's what ya do: issue a break on the bootup do a: confreg 0x3920 and restart the router. change your hyperterminal settings to 115,200bps. reconnect to the router (disconnect and reconnect with the toolbuttons) use the xmodem command on the router and upload the IOS through the con
