I have an old Access pro 2524, 2/2, 4M flash. I tried to upgrade its flash memory without success. When I put a new Flash memory, 8MRAM, console says, "Wrong Software ..." I think the flash memory module has an IOS which is not compatible. So my questions is, How can I delete the IOS in the ne

You can look up the product by serial # on SCC (if you have a CCO account). SCC - Service Contract Center (I think that's what it stand for) http://www.cisco.com/public/scc/ That might give you an insight as to which PIX you have. As far as upgrading the flash, you'll need a 16MB flash upgrade
