This is true. It is actually simple. Configure your serial interface to
autodiscover the external Switched 56 CSU. Then setup a standard dial
string, dialer profile, or legacy DDR config. It is EXACTLY like dialing
out a serial interface using an external modem and a DB60 pin to DB25 pin
