You don't say what type of IDSN connection you have. Is the customer
connecting from one site to another (internal) site? Are they connecting
to an ISP? Do you have control of both sides of the BRI (calling site and
called site)?

There are several places this can break. IF the line tests ok I can understand this.
Here is a couple of things you might look at.
Are the CRC's seen on both ends of the link. (If so then there is a chance it is on
the line side)
