Drop a loop back cable in both routers and see if you get a link light
and just test to see if the routers are working and then check!

3. Cables (yeah i know silly it may sound)
4. Number of channels configured for, 24 channels is a full T1
(64/channel)

Why don't you send us copies of your config from both sides. It is hard to
troubleshoot without any info.

What IOS are you running? I have run into the scenario, when using 2600s, that a
certain version of 11.3, would not accept the T1 WIC. I know that it is supposed

You can leave off the frame-relay lmi-type. Cisco will autodetect (v11.3 or
higher)
It is a good idea to set up sub-interfaces in the event you have multiple
PVC's in the future
