Same thing happened to me in Melbourne.
The test crashed on question 32 or something like that and so I panicked and went out
to
the front desk and they came in, rebooted it and my test came up on q 32.
So like a fool i hit the previous button to make sure my answer was there and sure
enough it

ALT-CTRL-DEL'ed the machine and it came back with my half test to
complete. I'd already passed away on the of the keyboard, and so
couldn't finish it :-) just kidding, I did pass, and boy I'm happy!

Actually this appears to have been happening to a lot of people according to
the testing center I was at, it happened to me as well about 3 weeks ago (I
was on the 42nd question).
However I was lucky, while I called Prometric and had them download another
test, I didn't end out having to write it,
It is still available.

mistakes, and will be heading back for a retake next week.
Cisco used to have a program for the SEs of resellers named "Advanced SE
Training." They brought you under their wing, mentored, and provided access
to the actual lab

if someone wants to pay more for a CCIE lab candidate
than for a CCNP who is not a candidate for the lab,
then it is worth more to them.
