Well I have the mid-1980's ray-marine st50 depth and paddle wheel transducers mounted in the through holes. the guy at Garmin could not tell me the dim- size but told me the 1" 1/2 I have now was defiantly too small. The paddle wheel speed transducer no longer works. I was thinking of taking it out and using the garmin depth in its spot. Just on the other side on the center line of the boat is the st50 depth gauge sensor.' I was thinking of keeping so I would have back up depth. Or maybe finding a used paddle
