The ':o' modifier is just a flag, to save space/bandwidth it only
indicates a change of state. So, if you see a ':o', or ':v' or ':ov'
appended to a numeric, the subsequent numerics will also have that state
(op'd, etc) applied to them. That is until you encounter another change of
state :)

The web-interface shouldn't have to set it at all, if a default value is
specified you don't have to explicitly set that field :)
However I just noticed I made a typo in the RELEASE.NOTES, it should read:
ALTER TABLE users ADD COLUMN maxlogins INT4 DEFAULT 1;
and not:
ALTER TABLE users ADD CO
Its missing a new language entry (You may have seen it used on Undernet
warning you not to give out passwords). To fix, run this from the doc/
directory in your gnuworld repository:
