Must just be your walmart, the few times I've looked at cds...never bought
any, I've seen the versions the artists were selling there were radio
versions. This is also marked clearly on their website, not burried in a
EULA at the bottom of a page.

the cd drive, and your troubleshooting has to head off in a different
direction.

modem connection it is possible you have some periodic bit torrent
traffic nearby which is robbing your bandwidth. ?
