For quite some time now, I notice that the webmin init script tries to
remove the directory /var/run/webmin/diffs. However, since it seems to
do a "rm -f /var/run/webmin/diffs", I get an error message at startup
telling me that this is a directory.

I did remove that option, but it still did not run
properly. It no longer gave me an error message and
acted like it was installed and a pid marker was
created but no pid was running and I could not get in.
I even tried replacing sshd_config with its backup but
to no avail.
I ended up deleting /e

in the sshd config file that causes the ssh daemon not to start

well, I guess the logon to swat actually worked from
within webmin, but it never left the logon screen
instead I moved on and then later when I backed
through previous pages... I found myself in swat.
I still cannot get it to work as localhost:901 though

I cannot seem to get these programs to work. I can use
cups web config tool without issue. The service for
webmin is up, I setup up swat in xinetd to disable

Webmin fails initialising after upgrading the rpm. It must be uninstalled
before the newer RPM can be installed for it to work properly. I guess this

I just tried to configure postfix via webmin.
Looks real nice, but I failed horrible.
Whenever I want to 'save and apply' some settings
I get an error message like

I remember seeing the openssl and/or SSLeay? rpms that
work with webmin-0.77-1mdk of "Cooker-Contrib" to get it
to do the https "thing".
Anyone got these working properly together?
