Snickerdoodle Bread
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup cinnamon chips (1 pkg. Hersheys)
2 TBS. flour
Topping:
2 TBS. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Combined 2 1
I made it last night and it is great! Since the corners stuck, one on each
loaf (I used the regular sized loaf pans), I did have a chance to sample; I
made it for my grandchildren and daughter-in-law-my son isn't much of a
sweets eater. The cinnamon chips may not be easy to find, but using them is

I would also try using a foil-lined loaf pan and spray it with the Pam
Cooking Spray that has the flour in it. I think it is called Easy Bake or
something like that. That's what I use when I make loaf breads.

By any chance, do you have nonstick aluminum foil?
If so I would line the pan with that and still butter and pam the foil.
Even lining the pan with regular aluminum foil and buttering and pa
parchment paper.
I still would spray with baking pam.

You could try Silicone bakeware. My mom was having difficulty with
something similar; it was a pecan roll using a tube of biscuits and
caramel icing. She tried it with a metal Bunt pan and she had to throw
even the pan away because the dough was baked on. I lent her my
