[courier-users] How do I uncompress a bz2 file?

First, thanks to everyone for helping me to get courier-imap working. Playing around with it, it seems that any folders I create must be subfolders of Inbox, and cannot be parallel to it, correct? I notice that if I create folders and move files into them, that all the mailfiles still reside
