That's '/home/posta', not the user's home dir. (Look for a mailbox created
there.)
When that's correct, the maildir can get a suitable default

Is there a possibility to send some messages over a specific outgoing
ip-address?
What I want is, one of my customers does have an individual IP address (on the
same machine) and many other customers share our primary ip-address. Now the
messages of that customer should be sent via his ip-

Look in config.log for clues.
The most common reason for this, in the past, is that you do not have
zlib-devel installed, and mysql itself has a dependency on zlib.

Very recently I installed courier to replace qmail, everything goes
fine, but I found that my courier-mta will automatically restart
(exactly) every hour (found in mail.log):
"SHUTDOWN: respawnlo limit reached, system inactive."
