Citizen Space received it's copy last week; we ordered from LuLu. I've
only been able to skim it so far but am impressed by what I've seen. A
lot of thought has clearly been invested in this work.

Since I'm still in the idea stage, I'm mostly just cruising commercial real
estate sites and Craigslist. I'm trying to get a feel for $/sq ft,
neighborhood walkscore, amenities, etc...before I nail down a location or
bring in a leasing agent for help.
