Gotcha. I don't think it would be unreasonable to say "Now that we're
filling up, please be mindful of your allowed conference room time." We
offer 8 hours for $50, which is inexpensive but possibly enough of a
deterrent to keep them from using too much time?

We have two small conference rooms for member (full-time only, at $150 or
$175 per month) use. Anytime they want, free, just schedule it via our high
tech paper sheet on the wall.
Members can also use the entire space (1700 sq feet) for free after hours
for classes, presentations, meetings, etc.
We have two conference rooms, one for 12 pax, the other for 25 pax. Both of
them are included in the yearly and monthly member package to use free of
charge 2 hours/day. For hourly members, coffee members and non-members, the
conference rooms cost 2.5USD/person/hour with wifi, projector and tea
