We technically only give conference room time to full time members and teams. Part-timers can buy a block of 8 hours for $50, although I've had them ask for an hour here or there and we accommodate. It's more important to us to be flexible and easy. I've only asked one member about going over his l

We have two small conference rooms for member (full-time only, at $150 or $175 per month) use. Anytime they want, free, just schedule it via our high tech paper sheet on the wall. Members can also use the entire space (1700 sq feet) for free after hours for classes, presentations, meetings, etc.

We have two conference rooms, one for 12 pax, the other for 25 pax. Both of them are included in the yearly and monthly member package to use free of charge 2 hours/day. For hourly members, coffee members and non-members, the conference rooms cost 2.5USD/person/hour with wifi, projector and tea
