I have finished my research on the issue I presented yesterday and have found
that as of Android 2.0-2.1update1 @font-face doesn't work. I have confirmed
this with the Android SDK which provides emulators. The bug is also reported

Anyone have a clue as to why Android will not load custom fonts?
I have read and tried the suggestions by Paul Irish and the like with no
luck.
I have also tested this on a Motorola Backflip w/Android 2.1 and HTC Aria
with Android 2.2

you mentioned seeing a gray square. For this I recommend:

Ok first for IE 9 the jquery 1.5 is not working. They are aware of this bug and
the fix for now is to roll back to 1.4.4 for the scroller to work in IE 9.
I also agree that setting up a

OK Thank you for the details. I spent an hour looking over what you have and
the issue seems to be IE 7 & 8. I don't have nor do I worry about IE 6
anymore. I would suggest using the link I posted in the beginning of this
thread if you want to test IE 6.
If you use that test page you will see tha

created a new app for my laptop that requires proof that I have had my

Once you start changing these you will see the #navdiv fall to the bottom of
the page and your main content will move to the left closer to the sidebar.
Looks like you have your work cut out for you. Start with these changes and
then check what you have in the browsers.

Just add display:inline; to your declaration and that should help clear your

them otherwise.

Well, I had noticed a modified version of the Jehl effect.
you can compare the two dropShadows.js files and see for yourself.
Also, I think we should close this thread as it is a javascript issue.
