If you remove the width and height, then it just opens as a default
size.

Another option eBay. Pick yourself up a used G3/G4 iMac or
MacMini for under $200. It doesn't have to be super fast or have a
huge hard drive if all you use it for is surfing the web and testing.
Then you can dump every browser on it.
Just something to think about.

I know there are ways in things like PHP to accomplish this (I know,

correctly, then its really a good/valid way to go.
To me personally, I looked to M$ Excel when thinking about the forms.
Excel is not just tabular data, but a form as well. So therefore I
feel justified in using tables for forms.

I am wanting to download IE 7 for testing, but I need to keep IE 6
for now, since thats where 90% of my traffic comes from. Does anyone
know of a way to have both versions installed on the same system?

My quick guess you are off by one or two pixels in your math. Try
making the outer container 5 or 10 pixels wider and see what happens.
