Hi Vladimir,
I don't know the details on how the numbers on the mapping wiki (part 2) are
calculated. The numbers of the first part are calculated based on types and
properties dumps. Due to the complexity of the extraction process, the
relations between numbers you list won't hold. Below are s
The GenderExtractor "as is" was run during the last extraction, but the
resulting dataset - available at [1] - contains only 4K triples, which
seems to suggest that the extractor doesn't work correctly.

Hi Christoph,
The reason behind your issue is the way German Wikipedia editors
describe writers. If a Wikipedia page doesn't contain an infobox mapped
to the "Writer" class in DBpedia ontlogy (see the list of mapped German
infoboxes at [1]), then DBpedia extraction framework does not assign

Dear Jyoti,
DBpedia facts do not come with confidence values, and to the best of my
knowledge there are no rules or procedures implemented in the framework to
assign such values.

Hi,
Indeed, such a mapping doesn't exist. The error you've found comes from
the inferred types - check the dump "Mapping-based Types (Heuristic)" at
[1] - which are loaded to the sparql endpoint just as other type info.
And yes, we should think how to fix it in the next version.
Best,
Volha
Should be running again now.

Dear All,
Just to let you all know that the mapping sprint is over, and the data
extraction for the new DBpedia release will start this week.
Thanks a lot for you contributions to the mappings and the ontology!

Dear DBpedians,
we are happy to announce that Volha Bryl and Daniel Fleischhacker from
the University of Mannheim are starting to work on the DBpedia Release
3.10.
As with the previous releases, it is planned that all extractors for all
languages will be run. The resulting dumps will be
started now for free."
