Using the patch from Jeremy Lainé above, I noticed that the crash at the
tutorial start was always glGetIntegerv(0xba2) (GL_VIEWPORT).
So I stuck a print before and after each such call in Scene.py and
View.py (there's one in GameEngine.py, but Jeremy's patch doesn't log
that one) and bizarrely,
The solution in etch is to replace the string remoteip with host in the
file lighttpd.conf
remoteip is truly for non-local webserving.

This bug is actually a correct test-case failure due to bug #480208 in
libffi-dev.
I'm not reassigning or merging this with that, I'll leave that up to the
maintainer/submitter to decide. But once #480208 is fixed, a binNMU will
resolve this bug.
