As I used 5.15.13+dfsg-1 for experimental upload, I changed the version
in debian/bullseye branch to 5.15.13+dfsg-1~deb12u1. Does tha
s try to get Qt 5.15.8 into unstable.
It's a bugfix release from the 5.15 LTS branch.
Also, there is Qt WebEngine 5.15.12 release, with security backports from
Chromium.
The packages have been prepared in experimental.

Note that we will likely want to do one more transition before Buster
release. Namely, one that will switch the default OpenGL version from desktop
to OpenGL ES on arm64. We are not yet ready for it, and it will affect
more packages (including some that will need NMU
