Es que el sistema de archivos second extended fs ya venia seleccionado como y para incluir en el kernel por defecto. Posiblemente me olvide de algun lugar en el que tenga que asignar el /dev/hda5 porque ya dije que el Kernel panic que me daba era algo así, como que no estaba asignada la particion
